This chai blend is made using premium Assam CTC black tea from the best season. It is blended with exotic Indian spices to create the quintessential Indian Masala Chai.

Brewing notes: Water Quantity: 150 ml , Heating Temperature: 90-95 °C 194-203 °F , Tea Leaves Quantity: 2g, Steeping Time:4-5 min 240-300 sec

Brewing Instructions: To enjoy the best experience, Rinse the teapot with warm water to maintain the best temperature for the brew. It is recommended to first clean the tea leaves of dust and particles by steeping it in slightly warm water for no more than 10 to 15 seconds, thereafter discarding the rinse water.

SHELF LIFE: Our teas can be used upto 18-24 months from the date of manufacturing. However, teas once opened have to be stored in airtight containers and should be kept away from moisture, light and odour.

We recommend that you store the teas in airtight container in a cool, dry and odour free place. This keeps it away from air, light and surrounding odour. ANSWER : Chai is a black tea variety popularised in India. It is made using a technique called CTC- cut, tear and Curl. In India, it is made with black tea, spices like ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, etc to which milk is and it is brewed together. Usually sugar and jaggery is added to sweeten it.

FAQ 2: How to prepare chai tea?

ANSWER: Divide the 150 ml into 3 parts milk and 1 part water. To this add 2 gms of tea. Add the spices of your choice. Bring to a boil, simmer and let it sit together for 10 mins in the flame. Add sweetener of your choice and strain the tea.
